As mentioned in class due to irregularities with the multiple choice exam, everybody will pass this exam this fall.
Also there was an error on the Internet regarding the correct answers. The question 12 has "a" as the correct answer and not "c". That has now been corrected at the net.
Thank you for your feedback regarding the question regarding Mintzberg 5 and how to consider the typology of a hospital. Generally a hospital will be considered a professional bureaucracy. However as mentioned in the book if it is a big multispecialty hospital it could be considered to be divisionalized. Generally a divisionalized form consists of different divisions. Usually in the western world each of these divisions are independent companies in a legal sense and each is serving a distinct market and supports its own functional units.
Since the question is using the generic word - hospital - the right answer would be a professional bureaucracy, but since the book has as mentioned by you a reference to the divisionalized form, I would also consider that to be an acceptable answer although it is not entirely correct.
