Taiwan Trip Part 1

Haiz, I am so lazy to blog about my trip~~~
I've actually resized some of the pictures...but too lazy to upload...haha
Anw, I think it's high time to blog about it, and since I have the mood to do it now, I should write a little bit.

As usual, we will drive my second auntie to my third auntie's house and take the cab from there.
As usual, we are late....
As usual, we will have a quarrel.

But, we still arrive safely at the airport.
Heez...

Our flight was supposed to be at 1240, but when we went to the gate at about 1230, the officer told us that the flight was delayed due to the fact that it hasnt reached Singapore from Bali.
Delayed till 2pm, so we had about 1hour more to go.
So my family went ard taking pictures, while my aunties took a quick bite and had coffee.

Christmas decorations inside the terminal!!!! So pretty!!! Too bad, they are fake!!!!

And soon~~~I realized that due to the delay, SIA has kindly provided light refreshments for the passengers, and off we went into the departure gate...haha...FREE FOOD!!!!

We were one of the last to board the plane, but there was no congestion at all.
Coz the plane is pretty empty, and the smell of a new plane still lingered in the air....Woo!!!
It feels very spacious...I just love SIA! The whole journey was very quiet...not like the BA flight...so noisy and most importantly, the aircon is working very well!!!! Not stuffy at all!!!

And they even have xmas decorations!!!!

Menu for everyone!!!!! But it is standard, just that it looks more pro~~~
And they serve Singapore Sling, wanted to order it, but decided not to.....afraid that I might get drunk...haha.

The thing that I liked best was the onboard entertainment...
Unlike the BA flight, SIA gives you the freedom to choose what show you wanna watch. Meaning they have the shows in a database, then you choose what you want to watch...Damn cool!!!! ANd you can watch the movies anytime, dont have to look at the time anymore.
Besides, they also have the latest albums...didnt need to use my ipod onboard. I can just listen to the songs they have. Their database is really very updated!!!!

Taipei International Airport - 桃园国际机场

We reached there about 2hours later than scheduled, so it was about 7 by the time we settled everything and 8 by the time we reached the hotel.
And off we go to shop and eat!!!!!

The Taiwan night markets, which are everywhere. The tour guide was saying, whenever you see a night market, it exists for only 2 reasons. One, there is a temple nearby. Two, there is a school nearby. And this one is near the famous 龙山寺.

Their equivalent of our $1 shop.

And the famous 华西街...Alot of food and alot of restuarants selling Snake soup~~~One even demostrated how the kill the snake....errk!
